I acknowledge that I am solely responsible and liable for any hospital, medical or other costs arising out of any bodily injury or property damage sustained through the participation in these voluntary camp recreational activitities. Photo Release: In addition Living Water Church/Camp 22.6 has my permission to use my photograph publicly in VBS materials. I understand the images may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, and social media. I also understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use. I acknowledge that I have read and understand the risks set forth herein and accept full responsibility.
